Terms of Service (updated November 2021)
By commissioning [Cappuccino_Corgi] you automatically agree to these Terms of Service
  If you fail to read my TOS I am not responsible for any mistakes.
  If you fail to FOLLOW my TOS before you have paid I may cancel your order.

OVERALL Artwork Terms
If any client is under the age of 18 they must have a parent/guardian's permission to order any piece of art.
I have the right to decline ANY order I feel I cannot accomplish to the customer's full satisfaction.
Once I have shipped the artwork (tracking included) I am not responsible for providing any refunds for any lost/damaged/misplaced mail but I will do everything in my power to help the situation. Requesting PayPal chargebacks or refunds without a verifiable reason (ie, not. understanding my TOS beforehand) is not acceptable.
I will not draw specific art styles/characters that go against my values or beliefs.
All payments made through PayPal  will be processed through invoices.
If I do not receive payment within the agreed amount of time, I reserve the right to cancel the order.
I request that the client includes their username in their payment.
I will start the commission once the FULL payment is received. (No partial payments unless previously agreed upon) 
I will send the client a picture of the sketch for approval. Only then can changes be made. After the lining process, few changes can be made.

The client may request progress pictures for each stage of completion (sketching, lining, coloring) But harassment/rushing from customer is not acceptable. If the client needs a piece done by a certain time, they must specify that information BEFORE payment is sent.
My turnaround time is between 2 weeks - a month and a half, depending on what is ordered.
Mailing time varies depending on where the address is located. All traditional badges are sent in a tracked bubble mailer.

If the client decides to leave the website from which they commissioned me, OR changed their username without letting me know, and I cannot find them, they will NOT receive a refund or their art if they did not give me full information such as a shipping address. If you leave, I will finish it as much as I can with the information given.
The client must notify me if they choose to change their username.
As the artist, I still have all of the rights to the piece and can display it on any web platform or app.
If the client would like to display any commissioned art on a website or app, I request that my Instagram username is presented.
